Install AppFox

Find AppFox on the Shopify App Store and click Install. AppFox automatically embeds on your thank-you and order status pages — nothing to configure in your theme.

Set your edit rules

In the AppFox dashboard, choose which edit types to allow (address, variant, quantity, cancellation), set your edit window (e.g. 24 hours), and define your fulfillment cutoff.

Choose auto-apply or approval

Decide per edit type whether changes apply instantly or land in your approval queue. Safe edits like address fixes can auto-apply; sensitive ones like cancellations can require a human review.

Go live

Save your settings. Your customers can now self-serve their own edits — and your inbox gets quieter immediately.
