What counts as an edit
An edit is a change a customer completes on your thank-you or order status page. That includes an address fix, a variant swap (size or color), a quantity change, adding or removing an item, or a cancellation. Each completed change counts as one edit against your monthly total. Simply opening the order status page or browsing the edit form does not count. And on Growth and Pro, none of this is tracked — edits are unlimited.Billing details
- Billing is monthly only — there is no annual plan or discount toggle.
- All charges are managed through Shopify and appear on your existing Shopify invoice.
- Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to the new plan’s features right away.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- You can cancel any time from the Shopify App Store or your AppFox dashboard.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Go to the AppFox dashboard and open the Billing section, or navigate directly to the AppFox listing on the Shopify App Store and select a new plan. Upgrades apply immediately so you’re never waiting for a billing cycle to access a feature. Downgrades apply at your next billing date, so you keep the current plan’s features until then.Refunds
AppFox charges run through Shopify’s standard app billing. The Free plan and 14-day trial on paid plans are designed so you never pay for something unproven. If a charge ever feels wrong — you forgot to cancel, you downgraded late, something didn’t work as expected — email support@getappfox.com.
