AppFox integrates with Gorgias to surface order edit information directly in the ticket sidebar. When a customer emails about their order, your support agents can see edit eligibility, any pending edit requests, and the full edit history for that order — all without leaving the Gorgias ticket. No tab-switching, no copy-pasting order numbers into a separate dashboard.

What you see in Gorgias

The AppFox panel appears automatically in the sidebar of every Gorgias ticket. It shows:
  • Edit eligibility — whether the order is still within the edit window, whether it has hit a fulfilment cutoff, and which edit types are currently available
  • Pending edit requests — any requests the customer submitted that are awaiting merchant review, shown with their type, timestamp, and current status
  • Full edit history — a complete record of every change made to the order: what was changed, when it happened, and whether it was auto-applied or approved by a team member
  • Quick approve / decline actions — one-click buttons to approve or decline any pending edit request directly from the sidebar

Set up the integration

Confirm your plan

Make sure your store is on the Growth or Pro plan. Open the AppFox dashboard and go to Settings → Plan to check or upgrade.

Open the Integrations page

In the AppFox dashboard, navigate to Integrations → Gorgias.

Connect your Gorgias account

Click Connect and complete the Gorgias authentication flow. AppFox needs permission to read ticket data and render the sidebar widget.

Widget is added automatically

Once connected, the AppFox sidebar widget is automatically added to your Gorgias ticket views — no manual widget installation required in Gorgias.

Open a ticket to verify

Open any ticket in Gorgias where the customer has an associated order. The AppFox panel appears in the sidebar showing that order’s edit eligibility, pending requests, and history.

Approving edits from Gorgias

When an agent sees a pending edit request in the AppFox sidebar, they can approve or decline it with a single click — without switching to the AppFox dashboard. The action is recorded immediately in the AppFox audit timeline, so there’s a full log of who reviewed the request and when. This keeps your helpdesk workflow intact: the agent handles the customer conversation and the edit decision in the same window.
